Chamber County Community Building The Chamber County Community Building can be leased for $ 50.00 for a half day or $100 for a full day. There will be a $200. 00 deposit per event or a $500.00 deposit for event that includes alcohol. Old River Winfree City Park Old River Winfree City park is open daily until 12: 00 AM and feature the following Amenities: Covered Pavilions Playground Equipment Walking Trail Practice Baseball and Softball Fields

OLD RIVER-WINFREE – Emergency Facility Emergency facility at 4828 FM 565 North behind the community building makeavailable relief to area residents in the event of hurricane damage. Showers, restrooms, emergency generators, and washers and dryers will remain on standby pending an emergency.
